The agenda at this meeting includes information on the upcoming delegate selectionunassembled caucus, the congressional district conventions, and the state convention. Click on the link for the Approved Calls Rules Prefiling Form.  Two things to remember. The delegate selection process is governed by the old CD boundaries.  So if you were in the old 3rd CD, that governs how you compete the delegate prefiling form and which caucus you vote in and which Congressional Convention you attend.  The other really important thing to remember is that if you wish to be considered as a candidate to be a delegate you must prefile by 5 pm, April 9th to the PG Dems, PO BOX 2048, Prince George VA 23875. That means you must mail your prefiling form and your check in time for it to arrive in the PO BOX in time for it to be received by the mail run on April, or make special arrangements with Carol Woodward, woodwardcd@aol.com, for her to receive it in person.

We will also be reviewing draft bylaws for a final vote.  Our bylaws are due to the Democratic Party of Virginia ( http://www.vademocrats.org) by April 7th.  Obviously, we will be a tad late.  The draft bylaws have been in circulation since late January, so review them before you come.  Click on the link to download a copy. 2016_2017_Draft_Bylaws_1 (1) .

Special training by the Democratic Party of Virginia April 30

Please plan to attend this meeting for our committee and for PG Democratic friends from other Local Committees.  We are building the agenda now, so if there is something you would like to have covered in the training, please let Carol Woodward know.
